Netaji files: no evidence he died in plane crash

By Probal Chakraverti Kolkata, Sep 18 (UNI) Sixty-four confidential files related to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose that were declassified for public domain for the first time today had shown no evidence that the Indian Freedom Fighter died in a plane crash in mid 1940s in Taihoku, Taiwan.
As promised by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee last week,64 confidential files, which are the property of the state government, were made public that could focus on many angles about the disappearance of former British empire's " No 1 enemy," and India's foremost freedom fighter.
